We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Taylor 2 Opco LLC. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing total nursing care for residents. You will also supervise and guide clinical staff members to ensure the highest level of care.

Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
* Initiating and leading team conferences in development of individualized nursing care plans
* Assessing and documenting the resident's condition and nursing needs
* Accurately and promptly implementing physicians' orders
* Assigning nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident's needs and the person's capabilities and qualifications
* Supervising, directing, and evaluating LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a valid RN license in the state employed and valid CPR certification. One year of nursing experience is preferred.
