We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Greensboro Country Club. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and friendly service to members and guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants.
- Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all tables and dining areas are clean and organized, maintaining a high level of presentation and cleanliness.
- Handle opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down tables, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive experience for our guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Previous experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably in a country club or restaurant setting.
- A positive and can-do attitude, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
