  • Drain and Replace Motor Oil: Safely drain and replace motor oil in vehicles, ensuring all necessary precautions are taken to prevent spills and environmental damage.
  • Wash Windshield and Adjust Tire Pressure: Clean windshields and adjust tire pressure to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety.
  • Inspect and Top Off Fluids: Regularly inspect and top off fluids, including engine oil, transmission fluid, and coolant, to prevent damage and ensure vehicle longevity.
  • Assist Customers: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right oil type and other services, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
  • Perform Coolant Exchanges: Safely perform coolant exchanges, following manufacturer guidelines and taking necessary precautions to prevent damage.
  • Process Payments: Accurately process payments for services performed, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Restock and Maintain Inventory: Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor, ensuring all necessary supplies are available for customer service.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Automotive Experience: Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a service or repair setting, is highly desirable.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
