We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team at Hermitage Infotech. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in conducting risk analysis and assessments, implementing cybersecurity policies and controls, and responding to and remediating security incidents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing program security needs, determining security objectives, and developing a security risks strategy. They will also plan security activities within the development life cycle, estimate costs and duration, and identify training needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing program security needs and determining security objectives
  • Developing a security risks strategy and planning security activities
  • Estimating costs and duration and identifying training needs
  • Managing vulnerabilities and cybersecurity issues and actions plan
  • Managing program cybersecurity related communication and reporting on program cybersecurity status

The ideal candidate will have experience with direct responsibility for hands-on architecture, design, development, and deployment of security technologies. They will also have experience with project management and knowledge of main cybersecurity standards and regulations.

Competencies and skills required include:

  • Engineering background and knowledge of main cybersecurity standards and regulations
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and areas, methods of cybersecurity risk analysis, and architecture concepts and techniques
  • Knowledge of main techniques for evaluating systems security

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
