Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Counter Sales Representative to join our team at the Gustave A. Larson Company. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in meeting the needs of our customers by delivering exceptional customer service and selling HVAC products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to dealers, business owners, and large HVACR companies.
  • Sell and recommend HVAC equipment and systems that meet our customers' needs.
  • Process sales transactions, manage credit terms, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of HVAC residential systems and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of HVACR experience or degree/certification strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
