Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Agent to join our team at Genesis Global, a prominent business consulting and sales firm located in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for delivering public presentations to potential customers, educating them on the benefits of our client's products and services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering public presentations to potential customers and providing them with personalized purchasing experiences through active listening.
  • Increasing customer satisfaction and retention by identifying potential customers' needs and customizing their sales purchases accordingly.
  • Utilizing product knowledge, competitive pricing, and market research to upsell our client's products and drive up sales revenue.
  • Recording accurate customer contact information, installation dates, and sales packages.
  • Collaborating with fellow Sales Agents and Customer Service Representatives to establish and attain sales targets and goals.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Promotions, or Customer Service, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company is dedicated to assisting clients in new customer acquisitions and expanding their market reach.
