Key Responsibilities:

  • Document all restorative care activities accurately in resident records.
  • Complete necessary documentation in alignment with program standards under the supervision of the Rehabilitation Manager or RN-CCC.
  • Collaborate with therapists and nursing staff to set and achieve restorative care goals for residents.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed during all care activities.
  • Assist in the mobility and transportation of residents as directed.
  • Support licensed staff in delivering patient care effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy equipment and areas.
  • Monitor changes in resident conditions and communicate with licensed personnel.
  • Foster positive relationships with staff, residents, and their families.
  • Uphold confidentiality regarding company and patient information.
  • Adhere to the dress code and professional standards of the facility.
  • Comply with the patient's Bill of Rights.
