We are looking for a Full-Time RN for our night shift: 7pm-7am. Our RNs are tasked with delivering professional nursing care to patients with a compassionate, empathetic, and professional demeanor to cultivate a supportive and therapeutic atmosphere.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess and coordinate care by evaluating the physical and behavioral health needs of patients, developing and implementing nursing care plans, maintaining medical records, and educating patients and their families about various health conditions.
- Deliver nursing care and services in accordance with the standards and scope of nursing practice as defined by state regulations, policies, procedures, and protocols, as well as facility and corporate guidelines.
- Ensure that physician's orders are clearly documented if taken verbally and transcribed appropriately per policy.
- Continuously assess patient status and document relevant information. Notify the physician of significant changes in status, such as complications during detox, medical emergencies, or changes in response to medications.
- Tailor nursing treatment plans to meet assessed needs, completing the initial treatment plan upon admission.
- Demonstrate knowledge and application of universal precautions while providing direct patient care.
- Administer medications accurately as per orders and document the administration of controlled substances on required forms.
- Efficiently and accurately manage admission and discharge processes as directed.
- Establish therapeutic rapport with patients by maintaining professional boundaries, respecting personal space, providing direct attention, and practicing rational detachment.
- Provide direction or coordinate unit activities as needed.
- Communicate therapeutically and professionally with patients, visitors, coworkers, and others involved in patient care in an effective manner.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Preference for candidates with one year of nursing experience in the relevant clinical area.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Current RN license as mandated by state regulations.
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, de-escalation, and restraint is required (training provided upon hire).
