Job Summary

The Kroger Company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring that all individuals entering and exiting the premises do so in a secure and orderly manner.
  • Collect and manage temporary badges, ensuring that all individuals with access to the building are properly authorized.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by enforcing corporate policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
