Position Overview:
ResourceMFG is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Estimator/Project Manager. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within budget.

Compensation:
$38-$40/hr (commensurate with experience)

Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction estimating, specifically for electrical installations.
- Proficiency in Procore Construction Software is essential.
- A strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building client relationships.
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide project teams.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Conduct comprehensive and precise electrical estimates for projects of various scales and complexities.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, effectively allocating resources to achieve project milestones.
- Manage subcontractor selection and oversight, ensuring compliance with project schedules and quality benchmarks.
- Review project documentation to fully understand scope and requirements.
- Monitor project advancement and proactively address any issues affecting timeline, cost, or quality.
- Collaborate with sales teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
- Engage with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to formulate competitive bids.
- Prepare and submit organized bid proposals to clients within established deadlines.
- Conduct regular site assessments to evaluate progress, safety, and quality standards.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and pricing to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.
- Prepare and present regular project status updates to senior management and clients.
