Job Title: Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a WMS Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring our WMS software at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration with existing ERP systems, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand customer supply chain needs, including picking, kitting, shipping, inventory, cross-docking, and warehousing.
  • Apply knowledge of hardware and software co-design systems to determine customization and configuration requirements for customers with existing ERP systems.
  • Communicate with internal WMS Developers to ensure accurate software customization and configuration.
  • Validate WMS system with clients to ensure successful implementation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients to modify the solution when necessary or provide further training.
  • Travel to customer sites across the USA to ensure successful implementation and provide support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in consultative sales and/or logistics software consulting (WMS-SGA).
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
  • Knowledge of.Net platform, especially C# or any other object-related languages is preferred.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time, working in our office the remainder of the time.
  • Fluency in Spanish is valued.
