Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Research Program and Women's/Infants Research Program at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center.

The selected candidate will manage and coordinate all facets of assigned clinical protocols from IRB preparation through query and data seal, ensuring protocol and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate clinical research trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
  • Develop and implement research protocols, including IRB submissions and study start-up activities.
  • Conduct site initiation visits, monitor study progress, and ensure timely completion of studies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, researchers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide education and training to research staff on research protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance research operations and patient care.
Requirements
  • 1 year of Clinical Research Nurse experience required.
  • CV experience preferred.
  • Three years RN clinical experience in specialty area preferred.
  • Working knowledge of research methodologies.
