Responsibilities
- Conduct research in a laboratory or clinical setting, under the guidance of a Mayo Clinic principal investigator.
- Develop and implement research protocols, collect and analyze data, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and conduct research studies, and to develop new research ideas.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research developments and advancements in the field of Life Sciences.
Qualifications
- Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent doctoral degree in a field deemed relevant by the program.
- Proof of English proficiency is required for J-1 Short-Term Scholars, Research Scholars, Professors, Specialists, and Student Interns sponsored by Mayo Clinic.
- Must have completed no more than one prior postdoctoral fellowship, at Mayo Clinic or elsewhere.
