Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Project Manager to join our team at Mondo. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in science/lab/clinical environments and ensuring the successful delivery of medical device projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams in regulated environments, ensuring compliance with design controls and clinical requirements.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including science, lab, and clinical teams, to ensure project success.
  • Manage and coordinate design reviews, ensuring timely and effective project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of clinical, design controls, and regulated environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as SmartSheets.
