Operations Leadership Program (OLP)

The Operations Leadership Program (OLP) is a dynamic rotational program that combines structured learning and development with on-the-job training and project management opportunities. This program is ideal for graduates with an interest in leveraging core technical and problem-solving skills into a leadership role in a people-oriented production environment.

Program Overview
  • Duration: 12-18 months
  • Rotations: 4-6 months each
  • Locations: Cincinnati, OH, Chicago, IL, East Hanover, NJ, and other Givaudan sites
Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in structured learning and development programs
  • Gain hands-on experience in various operations functions, including production, quality control, warehouse/distribution, and plant maintenance
  • Develop project management skills and lead projects to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Relevant internship or co-op experience highly preferred
  • Experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting preferred
  • Ability to relocate for assignments located at other Givaudan sites
  • Ability to complete an international rotational assignment
