Empower Young Minds as a KinderCare Educator

Foster a love of learning in the lives of young children as a KinderCare Educator. Our research-backed, accredited programs are designed to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in children from birth to 12 years old.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement our curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment that encourages exploration and learning
  • Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
  • Support the success of our centers by achieving goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
