About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at SOGECLAIR. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development, manufacturing, and tooling activities with our engineering, manufacturing, and supply teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful integration of manufacturing processes and tooling.
  • Develop and implement process engineering principles and techniques to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and automation technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CATIA and SAP.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Experience with project management and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
