Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at ServiceSource. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating, developing, and reviewing behavior support plans for individuals with developmental disabilities at our day support programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and develop behavior support plans for individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Train and support staff to implement behavior plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Attend Community Services Boards' Behavior Management Committee/Behavioral Supports Committee meetings and Regional Human Rights Committee meetings
  • Maintain compliance with Virginia DBHDS Human Rights, Office of Licensing, and other behavioral regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology or related Human Services field
  • At least 5 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavior management, and/or therapeutic consultation
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Certified in Positive Behavior Support techniques
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst
  • Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation
