Role Summary

The Culinary Service Specialist is responsible for various food service tasks, including the preparation and serving of food items, as well as the stocking of necessary supplies. This role requires adherence to State and Federal health regulations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering work results that are evident to customers, such as food quality, presentation, and maintenance of departmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare food items in accordance with established recipes and portioning standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures in the deli operations.
  • Conduct regular cleaning and sanitation of deli kitchen equipment, floors, and food storage areas.
  • Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work and service area.
  • Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, vendors, and fellow associates.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Experience in food preparation and sanitation practices.
