As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions efficiently, and identifying financial needs to offer appropriate products or services.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working in our Greater Lowell region. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our bank, interacting with customers, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for balancing a cash drawer and/or ATM transactions on a daily basis with minimal errors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and the purchase of treasury checks and money orders.
  • Identify financial needs and offer appropriate products or services to customers.
  • Balance a cash drawer and/or ATM transactions on a daily basis with minimal errors.
  • Work as a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of customer service/teller experience preferred, but willing to train an individual who is flexible, willing to learn, and has had prior customer service and cash handling experience.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to work as a team player, punctual in arrival, and comfortable using computers and have experience utilizing email applications and/or teller/banking software.
