Job Description

At Integrated Water Services (IWS), we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and driving project schedules and budgets, as well as managing and leading teams to effectively deliver projects.

This is a remote-based position with up to 30% travel required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in water treatment or wastewater construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects through all phases, including pre-job, mobilization, construction, and closeout.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to contract terms and plans and specifications.
  • Manage contracts, sub-contractors, and vendors to job deliverables and schedules.
  • Understand client drivers and offer value engineering proposals for functionality, cost, and schedule benefit.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and change orders.
  • Establish and maintain positive client relations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
  • 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience, preferably in water treatment or wastewater construction.
  • Ability to create and manage comprehensive project schedules using plans and input from subcontractors.
  • The ability to travel out of town to job sites.

  • Competitive salary and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, PTO, 401k, and a company truck or truck allowance.
  • Salary range: $110-$155k, plus project bonuses.
