Job Overview:
The Night Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel's public spaces during overnight hours.

Key responsibilities may include (as determined by the hotel's operational needs): performing deep cleaning tasks in designated areas, setting up and maintaining complimentary lobby services such as coffee stations and evening concierge events, cleaning and preparing meeting rooms, delivering requested items to guest rooms, and operating the shuttle van when necessary (specific to the property).

This position primarily operates during evening and overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in the hospitality industry or a related field.

Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively.

Capability to assess and choose among various options swiftly and accurately.

Ability to perform well in high-pressure situations.

Effective listening skills to understand and clarify concerns raised by guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities Include:
Approaching all interactions with guests and team members in a courteous, service-oriented manner.


Maintaining consistent attendance in line with company standards, which may vary based on hotel needs.


Upholding high standards of personal grooming and appearance, including wearing the designated uniform and name tag while on duty (as per brand guidelines).

Adhering to all company standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.

Providing turndown service for assigned guest rooms and suites.

Refreshing and cleaning guest rooms as required.

Restocking the necessary number of guest rooms during each shift.

Completing all pre-cleaning tasks, including organizing guest supplies, cleaning materials, and linens for the housekeeping cart.

Removing all waste and soiled linens from guest accommodations.

Ensuring all hallways, public areas, and storage closets are clean, organized, and vacuumed.

Reporting any maintenance issues immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.

Managing items for the 'Lost and Found' in accordance with established protocols.

Additional Duties:
Following all procedures as outlined by the Housekeeping Manager.

Performing other tasks as assigned.
