Position Overview:

Our Servers play a vital role in our team and are essential in delivering genuine hospitality. They are enthusiastic, eager to develop in the hospitality sector, and care deeply about their colleagues.

Restaurant Servers are responsible for creating positive guest interactions while serving patrons in a friendly and efficient manner, playing a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the service area before and after shifts, completing assigned tasks to focus entirely on guest service.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, assisting them with food and beverage selections.
  • Manage tables and enhance the customer experience with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Relay orders to the kitchen and bar by accurately recording patrons' choices and accommodating special dietary needs and requests.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of creating memorable connections with guests through our food and beverages.
  • Proficient in communicating clearly and professionally with team members and management to deliver outstanding guest service.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends.
  • Good judgment and adaptability.
  • Must possess all necessary food and alcohol certifications as required by location.
