Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform reconciliations for bank accounts and significant balance sheet accounts.
2. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts as they occur.
3. Develop and maintain reconciliation schedules.
4. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including detailed analysis.
5. Support year-end audits and preparation of tax return schedules.
6. Generate journal entries as needed.
7. Aid in the preparation of monthly sales and use tax filings.
8. Oversee accounting and reconciliation for employee credit card travel expenses.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly understand new concepts and troubleshoot issues.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a determined approach to task completion.
- Proficiency in office software suites, including Google Office Suite or Microsoft Office.
- Advanced spreadsheet capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce-related ERP, Oracle Netsuite, SAP, Sage, MS Dynamics).
- Familiarity with various Accounts Payable systems.
- Understanding of credit card payment processes across multiple platforms.
- Experience with expense management systems (e.g., Expensify or Concur) is preferred.
- Knowledge of sales tax compliance software is a plus.

Work Environment:
We seek individuals who can adapt and excel in a dynamic workplace. Authorization to work in the United States is required.
