About the Job
We're seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Account Executive to join our team as a Vacation Experience Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing sales and onboarding new members into the Travel Pals family.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Process payments and contracts using tools like PandaDoc or DocuSign.
  • Welcome new members with a warm, friendly phone call, introducing them to our exclusive travel club and getting them excited about their future adventures.
  • Schedule and lead engaging webinars to show new members how to maximize their membership, from accessing exclusive deals to planning dream vacations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns members may have about their membership or upcoming trips.
  • Build strong relationships by understanding each member's travel preferences, interests, and dreams, tailoring your interactions for a personalized experience.
  • Proactively gather feedback from members to identify areas for improvement and share these insights with the management team.
  • Foster positive relationships to keep members engaged with the club, managing email communications, CRM systems, and SMS programs to reduce churn and maximize member retention.
  • Analyze customer behavior to anticipate future trends, suggest strategic changes, and implement market innovations that keep Travel Pals ahead of the curve.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of professional experience, with a proven track record in customer service (travel industry experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to close sales, process payments, and manage contracts efficiently.
  • Certified PandaDoc or DocuSign Specialist for contract management, Google Suites Certified for organization and collaboration, Calendly for scheduling, and CallRail (preferred) for call tracking and management.
