About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy to center participants with behavioral health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques to promote positive outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between services.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients and their families, utilizing de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies to promote safety and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant records.
  • Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress, share best practices, and address any challenges or concerns.
  • Stay current with best practices in behavioral health treatment, including ongoing education and training in areas such as trauma-informed care, cultural competence, and evidence-based interventions.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their care and promoting healthy coping strategies and self-care practices.
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards of practice, adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and professional guidelines.
