What We Can Offer You:

Multiple Shift Options Available: Day, Evening, or NightCompetitive wages starting at $16.50/hour for Production OperatorsDay Shift 7am-3pmEvening Shift 3pm-11pm: base wage + 15% Shift DifferentialNight Shift 11pm-7am: base wage + 20% Shift DifferentialTotal Rewards Program offering competitive health and financial benefitsGenerous time off: 3 weeks paid vacation, 5 sick days, 1 volunteer day, 11 holidaysTuition assistance for educational pursuitsAir-conditioned workspacePaid lunch breaks

What You Will Do:

Precision Packaging: Take charge of packaging, labeling, and cartoning products, ensuring label accuracy, package seal integrity, and precise counts per package and carton.Tech Operation Expert: Start up, operate, and shut down basic technology manual, semi-automatic, and automatic assembly/production machines and processes with finesse.Quality Assurance: Perform quality inspections following Panduit’s quality systems and procedures, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.Safety First: Prioritize safety by following Panduit’s safety guidelines and procedures, creating a secure work environment for all.Waste Elimination: Contribute to our commitment to excellence by performing daily 5S activities, eliminating waste, and optimizing efficiency.

What You Will Bring:

High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a production or manufacturing environmentAbility to learn and adapt to new skills and knowledge quicklyBasic mathematical skills and proficiency in using a calculator and measuring toolsPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive tasks, and be on your feet majority of shift
