Position Details:

Salary: $13.00 per hour

Hours: Evenings and Weekends - Flexible Scheduling Available (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating participation in various youth sports programs and leagues.
  • Leading engaging, enjoyable, and safe activities and classes for participants.
  • Ensuring that programs are tailored to accommodate the diverse ages, abilities, and skill levels of children.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with both participants and their parents.
  • Maintaining awareness of safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Enjoyment of working with children in a dynamic environment.
  • A background in competitive or recreational sports.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, as this role involves physical activity.
