Your primary focus will be on creating engaging and effective email campaigns that drive results for our clients in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate basic layout design or presentation approach, and specify material details, such as style and size of type, photographs, graphics, animation, video, and sound.
  • Have a thorough understanding of photography, typography, and printing.
  • Present final layouts to clients for approval.
  • Review and approve proofs of printed copy and art and copy materials developed by team members.
  • Apply style/brand guides, if necessary, in the execution of existing concepts.
  • Ensure quality of deliverables for handoff to developers, printers, clients, etc.
  • Provide rationale for design choices, and assure design meets objectives stated in creative brief.
  • Define outlines and storyboards for animations and television.
  • Develop creative ideas based on criteria in creative brief and/or direction from leadership.
  • Help define brand visual language (color palette, logo, font, etc.) across a range of media with minimal oversight.
  • Compare brand's visual language to other competitors, identifying trends, etc., and provide recommendations to the team based on findings.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of social media, video, and online architecture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's (4-year) degree, preferred
  • 3+ years design experience in an agency setting, required
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite on a Mac platform and comfort level within a PC-based environment outside the creative team
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, responsive/adaptive design principles
  • Experience with new media (i.e. AR), UX/UI, Adobe After Effects and Premier, a plus
  • Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing
  • Web design experience is an advantage, especially using HTML5 and WordPress
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing tactics
  • Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
  • Well-developed communication skills including ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to other team members and clients
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must work well as part of a team, with a range of people
