Role Summary: We are seeking a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to enhance our dedicated team. The CSR plays a vital role in collaborating with our medical staff to ensure optimal care for our clients and their pets. This position demands a compassionate approach, strong communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and their pets through outstanding service
- Managing incoming communications, including phone calls and emails
- Scheduling and overseeing appointments
- Effectively communicating client and patient needs to the medical team
- Organizing and collecting medical records
- Processing payments and handling routine office tasks such as scanning and faxing
