Job Summary:

The Campground Ranger/Front Desk is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in process, and maintaining the overall quality of our resort. This role requires a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the property and ensure that all resort rules are being followed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes, and handle guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Perform routine patrols of the resort to ensure that all areas are secure and well-maintained.
  • Take camping reservations, process payments, and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve resort goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills, as well as the ability to use computer applications.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance required.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays on a regular basis.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Estimated Compensation:
