PRIMARY OBJECTIVE


Asset Protection Associates play a crucial role in ensuring a secure shopping experience for our customers, maintaining a safe working environment for our staff, and safeguarding company resources to ensure the continued prosperity of our stores.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting investigations into the loss of assets, including merchandise, cash, and property.
  • Implementing strategies to prevent loss and shrinkage through monitoring, surveillance, and various loss prevention techniques.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of designated locations.
  • Monitoring and executing strategies aimed at reducing shrinkage.
REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in retail operations, customer service, or loss prevention/asset protection.
  • Proficiency in writing detailed reports while maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all investigative information.
High School Diploma or GED is required.
