The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with experience in supervising a team of technicians and coordinating maintenance activities. You will be responsible for:
- Leading a High-Performing Team: Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
