About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Methodist Health System. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy practice and excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for performing professional, clinical tasks that ensure the highest quality of pharmaceutical care and results in optimal patient outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary of $125,000 - $155,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  1. Assess patient medication regimens and make recommendations for improvement
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in clinical pharmacy practice through ongoing education and training

Requirements

  • PharmD or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
  • Licensed as a registered pharmacist by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
  • Successful completion of pharmacokinetics training program
  • 1 year preferred (includes residency training)
