About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Microbiology Quality Control Analyst to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our Microbiological Laboratory team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products through microbiological testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform microbiological testing on finished products, raw materials, personnel, and environmental samples
  • Conduct routine interpretation of results and identify trends and anomalies
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
  • Provide training and support to laboratory staff on microbiological testing and quality control procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline
  • At least 1 year of industrial microbiology lab experience, including food/dairy, cosmetic/OTC drug, pharmaceutical, medical device
  • Excellent understanding of Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, and environmental monitoring
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence others and adjust communication style to different audiences
