  • Understand and communicate business problems and technical solutions in appropriate terminology and ability to influence across business lines.

**Additional Responsibilities:**

  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee the delivery of projects from inception to completion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of delivery professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliveries meet the company's quality standards and client expectations.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage the budget for delivery projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project status, delivery performance, and client satisfaction.

**Desirable Skills and Experience:**

  • Machine Learning, AI, LLM knowledge, especially on how to apply the concepts and capabilities.
  • Message queues, streaming technologies, and event-driven architecture.
  • O365 environment.
