We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Jeremy Hodge - Toyota of Ardmore. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive sales culture.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership objectives and goals.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective sales promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in dealer management.
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
