Practice Overview:

Britt Medical Search is seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our Behavioral Health Department in Minnesota.

About the Role:

This full-time position involves providing adult psychiatry services in an outpatient clinic setting. You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals, including 2 part-time Psychiatrists, 2 Psychologists, and 1 Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide medication management and therapy services
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in regular department meetings to discuss patient progress and best practices

Requirements:

  • Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
  • Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment:

Our clinic is located in the heart of the Lakes Area, offering a relaxed and supportive environment for patients and staff alike. We prioritize work-life balance and do not require on-call shifts or weekend work.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is around $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
