Job Summary

As a Parts Clerk, you'll play a critical role in supporting our mechanics by maintaining an accurate and efficient parts inventory. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting warehouse/stockroom inventory cycle counts
  • Utilizing internal computer programs to issue, return, and process parts/tooling from stock
  • Driving company vehicles to airport gates for COMAT/AOG and road trips
  • Verifying, pulling, and preparing shipments/receipts
  • Data entry, including emails, inventory counts, and creating requisitions
  • Operating forklifts to load and unload shipments
  • Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining the organization of the warehouse/stockrooms
Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years old or older
  • Possess a valid unrestricted state-issued driver's license
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Pass a background check
  • Knowledge of airline parts preferred but not necessary
  • Team player - work well with others
  • Self-motivated - be able to work without supervision
  • Detail oriented / quick learner
  • Computer knowledge helpful
  • Work under pressure
  • Ability to evaluate and solve problems
  • Be in good standing with the company
Physical and Other Requirements:
  • Able to lift 75 pounds routinely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Flexible - schedule is subject to change
  • Available to work on any day, seven days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
