Case Aide

Job Summary:

Beltrami County is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Case Aide to join our team in the Health and Human Services Consolidated Intake office. As a Case Aide, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, working closely with case managers, and answering client questions across all programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process applications, forms, and verifications for program eligibility
• Maintain client case files and related work
• Communicate effectively with clients, associates, and service providers
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Respond to client phone case status inquiries and complaints
• Enter and process applications via computer systems
• Maintain application forms and process audit requests

Requirements:

• One year of post-secondary education in business, clerical, administrative support, behavioral science, or public welfare programs
• Three years of clerical, administrative assistant, office manager, case aide, or related work experience
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
