Key Responsibilities- Assist physical therapists in preparing patients for therapy sessions, including setting up equipment and supplies.
- Help patients with exercises and strengthening techniques under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to company protocols and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and therapy equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
This position requires the ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods. The staff member must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds and have good hand-eye coordination.
