Job Title: Dispensary Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Dispensary Sales Associate to join our team at STIIIZY. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert knowledge of our cannabis products and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their benefits, features, and applications
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements:
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of retail or hospitality experience
  • Open availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
