Job Title: Dispensary Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Dispensary Sales Associate to join our team at STIIIZY. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on our products.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of retail or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Open availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
