Job SummaryWe are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in administration.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information on court procedures and policies.
- Process court documents and files accurately and efficiently.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Work collaboratively with judicial staff and other court personnel to achieve common goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of clerical or computer experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
Pinal County offers a competitive salary range of $33,172 - $49,287 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
