About the Role:

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Tucson, AZ. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in the store's day-to-day operations, focusing on customer engagement, store functionality, and maintaining merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Experience/Customer Service:
    • Embody the Kontoor Brands culture by wearing our brands at work and having a passion for our products.
    • Greet each customer and actively engage them on the sales floor by asking open-ended questions.
    • Assist customers in the fitting room and suggest the best products for their needs.
  • Operations, Loss Prevention, and Safety:
    • Follow all company and store policies, processes, and procedures.
    • React quickly to customer and associate injuries and report them immediately to the manager on duty.
  • Visual Merchandising:
    • Follow all directions regarding visual merchandising standards for the store.
  • Store Culture:
    • Respect the background, experience, and unique differences of others, upholding the integrity and values of Kontoor Brands.
    • Promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices and ideas.
    • Continuously look for ways to make the store sustainable and recognize the impact the store has on the environment.

Requirements:

  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Previous retail or service-oriented experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work with a team to exceed sales results.
  • Comfortable approaching and initiating conversation with customers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
