About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and committed Litigation Counsel to enhance our esteemed legal team. This position offers a unique chance for a qualified professional to engage in significant litigation cases while delivering exceptional service to our varied clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Litigation Counsel, your duties will encompass:
  • Overseeing all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, pretrial, trial, and appeal.
  • Conducting thorough research and analysis of legal matters pertinent to assigned cases.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and refining legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, agreements, and contracts.
  • Representing clients in court proceedings, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and negotiations.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to devise case strategies and prepare for trials.
  • Providing legal counsel to clients, elucidating their rights, obligations, and potential outcomes.
  • Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
  • Keeping abreast of current legislation, case law, legal procedures, and best practices in litigation.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:
  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
  • A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, emphasizing trial practice.
  • Admission to the state bar and good standing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state court procedures, rules of evidence, and trial practice.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.
  • Exceptional legal research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.
  • A high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical judgment.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
