About the Role

Williamson Health is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at the Bone and Joint Rehabilitation Services (BJRS). As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care, promoting mobility, and preventing disability following disease, injury, or accident.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' conditions and goals.
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and education, to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely documentation of patient care, including progress notes and discharge recommendations.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in physical therapy.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Tennessee.
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
  • Experience in outpatient and/or sports medicine physical therapy, with a strong understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a patient-centric mindset.
