Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, ensuring alignment with physician expectations.
- Educate patients on the underlying causes of their discomfort, strategies for enhancing mobility, and methods for preventing future injuries.
- Deliver individualized care with compassion and professionalism, focusing on achieving optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments within TOA, including clinic operations and ancillary services, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy treatments using TOA's electronic health record systems.
- Aim for excellence in patient outcomes, satisfaction, and productivity, contributing to both personal and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional therapy services and a proven track record of success.
- Experience collaborating with physicians, therapy colleagues, and patients to formulate and execute effective treatment plans.
- Ability to work with diverse patient demographics, including adults, athletes, adolescents, and seniors.
- Willingness to support team members, assisting colleagues when necessary to ensure seamless patient care.
- Must hold certification and licensure from the State of Tennessee, or be a recent graduate prepared to obtain licensure promptly.
