Established General Contractor seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction activities and supervise field personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, leadership, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain open communication with project managers, administrative staff, and clients to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate the performance of field personnel and their crews, providing constructive feedback to enhance overall productivity
  • Develop and update project schedules to guarantee on-time delivery and meet client expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project-related issues and implement effective solutions
  • Foster a culture of safety and promote adherence to OSHA regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of daily reports, timesheets, and project progress
  • Promote the company's values and standards through active participation in meetings and site visits

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or Superintendent in commercial construction
  • 2 years of base-building experience is required
  • Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and relevant documents
  • Experience with construction-related software and technology
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to develop/maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ability to travel as needed for business purposes

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
