We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive professional to join our team at Alchemy Financial Group as an Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Agent with our company, you will be responsible for selling policies to clients, handling claims, and maintaining accurate records of policy renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to sell life insurance to a variety of clients and work with them to find the policy that best suits their needs.
  • Review policies with clients to ensure they have a clear understanding of the insurance costs and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for client outreach and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy renewals.
  • Process insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Distribute policy funds to clients after a claim has been settled.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Insurance Agent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Appropriate insurance licensing where required by law.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple clients and policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of different types of life insurance and the ability to explain complex policies to clients.
